▍Transportation Itinerary
- Opening Hours: Open 10:00am - 05:00pm daily. The last entry into the park is at 04:00pm. Oakvale Wildlife Park is open every day of the year except for Christmas Day (25th December).
*Severe weather may cause us to close the park for the safety of guests and animals. Please refer to the actual situation on the day. - Attraction Times and Shop Trading Hours (※The time is for reference only, please refer to the announcement of the attraction on the day.)

【General Entry Admission】
- Child tickets are available for ages 3-16. Infants under 3 years old are free. Each child must be accompanied by an adult.
【Wildlife Encounter with a Koala】
- Children's tickets are suitable for ages 3-16. Infants under 3 years old must purchase tickets. Please order infant ticket specifications and MUST be held by a parent for the duration of the encounter.
- Children 3 to 11 years can participate in the encounter (paying) with a full-paying adult.
- Children aged 12-16 older can participate in the encounter without a paying adult.
- Encounters are conducted in English and have a maximum of 6 guests per encounter.
- In New South Wales, it is illegal for any zoo or sanctuary to allow a visitor to hold a koala. Only trained accredited rangers are permitted to hold a koala. We let visitors touch the koalas; however, please understand that if a koala shows signs of stress, we will not allow visitors to interact with it. Our animals’ well-being is our number one priority. Animal encounters are subject to change based on the health and welfare of the animals.

- Child tickets are available for ages 3-16. Infants under 3 years old are free. Each child must be accompanied by an adult.
- Minimum 2 guests—Maximum group per session 30 guests; over 30 guests will split into smaller groups.
- This is non-exclusive access; Oakvale reserves the right to allow other groups through simultaneously.
- Only group tours with drivers/tour guides are available. Drivers/tour guides are free of charge, but they must show their ID when entering the park.

- Wander the park and interact with the free-roaming animals
- 1 (one) small bag of animal food is included per person so you can feed the free-range animals.

▍Reservation Instructions
Payment method

- [WeChat, Alipay] Upon checkout, the final payment amount, including currency conversion and service fees (1.1% of transaction amount), will be displayed. Customers are responsible for service fees.
Exchange information
- After placing the order, please ensure smooth communication. If poor communication results in inability to book or other losses, our company will not Unaffordable.
- A second confirmation of the goods is required. Placing an order does not guarantee successful booking. Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the booking confirmation letter. GDT Journey will process your order within 2 working days. Upon successful booking, GDT Journey will send the electronic voucher to your registered email address.
- In case of unsuccessful booking, GDT Journey will refund the amount to your account within seven working days after placing the order.
- Please print the [electronic voucher] and present it on the day of the itinerary to redeem it at the attraction company.
Refund Policy
- Cancellation of the itinerary more than 10 days before the trip incurs no loss.
- Cancellation of the itinerary within 9 days (inclusive) before the trip incurs a 100% handling fee of the order amount.
- In case of force majeure (excluding personal health conditions ) leading to itinerary cancellation, please contact customer service for rescheduling or refund processing.
- GDT Journey reserves the right to modify the activities, special prices, and offers mentioned above. In case of any disputes, GDT Journey reserves the final interpretation and decision making power and has the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the terms.
